He further writes: "It is likely that classic red-hunting-jacket shots with The Kinks in various poses around the Tower Of London [<i>sic</i>] and sitting on a cannon are taken at this time. They are used extensively in early promotional material. The session may well have been at the urging of new press officer Brian Sommerville upon the launch of his campaign to smarten up the band's image.
